Noico Attenuators have been developed over many years and have been successfully used in a wide range of applications. All Attenuators are compatible with DW142 or DW144 high velocity ductwork systems.

Typical standard construction details are as follows:

Materials

Outer casing not less than 0.7mm thick galvanised steel sheet. Longitudinal joints lock formed and mastic sealed during construction. Splitters made from 0.6mm thick perforated pre-galvanised steel sheet. Acoustic media non-toxic inorganic infill packed under 10% compression to eliminate voids. Melinex wrap on the acoustic media is available for clean room and grease laden atmospheres. Chlorinated rubber painted internal surfaces are available for use in corrosive environments.
