This contract review outlines another of our successfully completed installations where we undertook the design, manufacture and installation of a four sided acoustic louvred screen to reduce noise transmitted from a 400kW Chiller Unit, located externally at ground level, adjacent to neighbouring "high tech" office buildings.

Utilising our 300/30 modular acoustic louvre system a design criteria of 50dB(A) was achieved at a distance of 15 metres from the chiller compound. A set of Double leaf access doors were incorporated into the design to facilitate the easy removal of component parts from within the compound.

Contract: Condensers at Duffield Hall

Products: Absorptive Panelwork and Attenuators

This Contract Review outlines another successfully completed installation where we undertook the design, manufacture and supply of 6 no. 'podded' circular attenuators and approximately 45m² of 100mm thick absortive wall lining.

In addition, to provide acoustic screening to the condenser compound, the existing 'open borded' timber paneling was extended by 1m in height and then fully boarded on the inside - all prior to the other treatment.

Our bespoke design approach to resolving environmental problem, caused by the condensers, not only resulted in Noico securing the order but it provided an economic and practical solution.

Contract: Easynet at Brick Lane

Products: Louvred Screen

This Contract Review outlines another successfully completed installation where we undertook the design, manufacture and installation of over 300m² of acoustic louvres, plus support steelwork, to form a rooftop screen around the perimeter of the "shaped" roof area.

Utilising our 300/30 modular acoustic louvre system, the louvre banks were typically set back at an incline of 20º as an architectural feature requiring a bespoke corner design. Single and Double Leaf Louvred doors were incorporated into the design to facilitate access to the enclosed plant from the perimeter of the roof.
